Brief Product Description

The project presented is called “Cultural elements of Bulgaria and America”. The idea grasped is , on a cardstock , there are designated areas painted with the conductive paint that is in the touch board kit, when touched, a brief history about the area of the map is being presented. The stories are being told by a Text-to-Speech voice, generated with a special software. A 3D printer is used, to print 2 objects of the cultural elements – The Bulgarian Rose and The Golden Gate Bridge , respectively.

Note that the “Price” of each product is the “Cost” of it.

    Full Description

    Our group "The Supremes" took on this project to gladly present you cultural elements of Bulgaria and America. The idea is , on a cardstock , there are designated areas painted withthe conductive paint that is in the touch board kitand when touched, a brief history about the area of the map is being presented. The stories are being told by a Text-to-Speech voice, generated with a special software.

    A 3D printer is used, to print 2 objects of the cultural elements - The Bulgarian Rose and The Golden Gate Bridge ,respectively. The objects were drawn using the online software called "Onshape" and the "Cura" software. The printing of the objects took a day. Later, they were colored with acrylic paint and presented on the project.

     

     

    Last but not least, the coding was the most important part of this project. The code was taken from a sample written by Stefan Dzisiewski-Smith, Peter Krige and Pascal Loose.
