Our product is the voice amplifier which amplifies your voice when you are speaking to someone with your mask on. When you are trying to have a conversation with someone in a public setting you are required to have a mask on. We have made it easier for you to be able to hear each other when you are talking. Our mask contains a microphone that is built into the mask so that it does not go into your mouth when you are trying to speak. It also contains a speaker that you can plug the microphone into to allow people to be able to hear you when you speak.

Full Description
Our mask contains a microphone that is built into the mask and the metal part of the microphone is sewed into the earpiece of the mask for comfort. The other part of the mask is the speaker that projects your voice so that people can hear you when you are talking. You can plug your microphone into the speaker and you are able to adjust the volume of your voice when you are speaking. It is very easy to hide the cord and the speaker while you have it on your person. You can easily slip the wire into your shirt and the speaker is made to hook onto your pants when you are using it.
The pricing is based on how much we spent on each item that is included in the Voice Amplifying mask we have produced. The mask itself was about 15 dollars, the microphone was 15 dollars, and the speaker is about 25 dollars apiece. We added all of these together and got 55 dollars but we reduced the price by 20 dollars to make it more affordable so that more people will use our product and not have to worry about it being too expensive. As college students, we know that affording things is very hard but with our product we make it easy and affordable.
We can eventually come up with a completely wireless version of The Voice Amplifying mask which makes it easier to not have to worry about wires being everywhere. The mask will have built-in speakers on the sides of it that will provide your voice to actually come from the mask. The microphone will be built into the mask just like the original mask. We will have a battery that powers everything when you wear the mask your voice will be heard all of the time. Also, we will make the mask Bluetooth so that you can easily connect to anything you want to use.

This a product that is a must-have mainly because everyone on campus is wearing masks so it’s difficult to hear each other. I have had labs where a professor would wear a plastic covering on top of a mask which makes hearing the lecture even worse so this is essential.

I would recommend this product because it’s something a lot of people struggle with during COVID. It’s also portable and is very desirable. I do believe they could go a little easier on the price though.
