Full Description
Our product, the Mask Box, combines innovation with one of the many helpful things available to us in the pandemic: surgical masks! Oftentimes, these masks come in flimsy plastic packaging, and almost all of this plastic ends up in landfills. This is why our box is made out of 1/8" thick cardboard, which provides a sturdy structure in addition to being recyclable! Our box is also currently produced by hand in Cullowhee, North Carolina, by our team of engineers.

When it comes to dimensions, our box is 6 7/8" long, 3 7/8" wide, and 4" tall. This provides a large enough of a base for a surgical mask to sit comfortably in the bottom, as well as is tall enough to fit 25 masks inside without cramming masks in. We also thought ahead and made this box user-friendly, perforating a 1/4" wide strip in the bottom of the front of the box to remove the masks, as well as perforating the top so it can be torn off to place more masks in when you use up what is initially placed in the box. We also made sure to punch out tear holes by these areas so it will be easier to remove them from the packaging.
When purchased, our boxes will be sent to you pre-cut, but not pre-assembled. We would pre-assemble them for you, but we aren't the ones selling the masks, you are! This is not a consumer product, and is intended for purchase by mask sellers. This is why we are able to get the production costs down, we will be selling mask boxes in bulk, around 50 boxes in a pack. Based on our sale price, that would run the average customer around $5 for a 50-pack.
